Other Mother is a music company started with the aim of unearthing undiscovered bands and artists within the South African music industry. We are a boufique label that is looking to nurture telent that we feel is unique and interesting. We tailor make deals (recording, publishing, merchandising, production and podcasting) to suit our artist's individual needs and requirements. We understand that each artist/band requires their own specialized type of attention, be it in the recording and production of an album/single/demo, the publishing and administration of their music, or the production and design of their merchandise. Our cumulative and extensive experience in business, music production, recording and touring has been synergized, envisioning us with creative innovative approaches to the various branches of the music industry. We are involved with artists in all different genres of the industry, but our focus is on quality artists who possess something a little different to the rest of what is out there.
